What is Biokinetics?
Biokinetics is the science of movement concerned with the use of exercise (preventative, rehabilitative or performance) as treatment modality. The meaning of the word Biokinetics says it all: Life through movement.

- Preventative physical activity: Disease and Injury prevention.
- Maintenance & enhancement of functional movements, physical abilities & sports performance.
- Orthopaedic rehabilitation.
